Jonathan Diaz Garcia is a multi-talented pianist, singer-songwriter, composer and producer who dons the moniker of Jon Digarci. The enigma is at the fulcrum of an evolving and inspirational music scene. Jon Digarci is a very different and uniquely wired musician who isn’t afraid to break the rules and push the boundaries of our perception with his deeply layered and well-crafted production. Born in San Juan Puerto Rico and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, his drive, focus, and tenacity will lead him to become a relentless and unstoppable force in the music industry circuit. Jon Digarci is making music that is driven by a desire to motivate, inspire, and tell his story his way.

   Jon grew up as a musically inclined child and began playing electric guitar at a very young age. He later found an acute affinity for classical music and was admitted to the Conservatory of Music in Puerto Rico. After studying piano there he later enrolled in the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico’s music program while playing in a reggae band. He later graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Production from Full Sail University in Florida.

   Jon is also the epitome of overcoming adversity, having battled depression and anxiety since 2004 he has since overcome the dark times through his faith in God. Today music is the vehicle by which he expresses himself. He makes music that draws from his experiences and by using his musical acumen he articulates stories and shared perspectives that will connect with audiences across the spectrum. Jon Digarci combines various unique and experimental sounds with his intricate melodies and often dabbles in various contrasting genres resulting in contemporary centered fusions that are still firmly stitched together by emotive undertones. Jon Digarci cites Classical Music composers, and Piano Composers such as Yiruma, Yanni, Ludovico Einaudi, as well as Film Music Composers such as John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Alan Sinvestri, Alan Menken, Howard Shore as the pivotal influences in his music.

    He is also an avid admirer of Pop Producers, such as Dr. Luke, RedOne, Dr. Dre, Reggaeton superstars such as, Daddy Yankee, Bad Bunny, Wisin Y Yandel, Don Omar and Karol G as well as Reggae icons such as Bob Marley, Sizzla, Capleton, Cultura Profetica, Los Cafres, and Gondwana. Jon also draws inspiration from his faith in God, as well as the Beauty of Life. This all culminates in Jon Digarci producing an enjoyable, and easygoing musical experience that is authentic and grounded in reality. His overarching ambition is to empower people through his gift and touch lives. He is driven by the desire to share emotion through music and to impact lives in a positive way.
